State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine

Since 19 January 2026 – State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine (order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 37-r of 19 January 2026).

Born in Vinnytsia, Ukraine.

In 2004, graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a degree in Law.

In 2019, obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management from the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

In 2020, graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University, obtaining a Master’s degree in Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electromechanics.

He began his professional career in 2004 at the District Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Zamostianskyi District of Vinnytsia.

In 2006–2014, he worked at the Vinnytsia City Council.

In 2014–2017, he held the position of Director of the Department for Regulatory and Legal Framework, and subsequently Deputy Minister – Head of Staff at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine.

In 2017, he was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine.

In 2018–2020, he headed the State Inspectorate for Energy Supervision of Ukraine.

In 2020–2021, he was engaged in teaching activities at the Institute of Innovative Education of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.

Prior to his appointment to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, he held the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
