In conditions of martial law, the issue of humanitarian assistance for energy companies is critically important.
Resolution No. 824 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 22, 2022, “Certain Issues of Receiving, Distributing, Using, and Accounting for Humanitarian Aid to Meet the Needs of the Energy Sector under Martial Law” approved the Procedure for receiving humanitarian aid from donors to meet the needs of the energy sector, its storage, distribution, and transfer to recipients under martial law and within 150 calendar days from the date of its termination or cancellation.
One of the tasks provided for in the Procedure is the implementation of a platform for operational monitoring of the state of the energy sector and accounting for aid.
Currently, this platform is available at https://energy-aid.mev.gov.ua/.
