Platform for Operational Monitoring of the Energy Sector and Accounting for Assistance

Under martial law, ensuring the provision of humanitarian assistance to energy sector enterprises remains critically important.

Pursuant to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 824 of 22 July 2022 “Certain Issues of Receiving, Distributing, Using and Accounting for Humanitarian Assistance to Meet the Needs of the Energy Sector under Martial Law,” a procedure has been approved governing the receipt of humanitarian assistance from donors, as well as its storage, distribution, and transfer to beneficiaries during martial law and for 150 calendar days following its termination or cancellation.

One of the key tasks envisaged by this procedure is the introduction of a platform for the operational monitoring of the energy sector and the accounting of assistance.

The platform is currently operational and accessible via the relevant link.

In addition, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine is presently conducting an assessment of the platform’s functionality with a view to further enhancement and expansion of its capabilities.
