In order to implement paragraph 33 of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Renewable Energy Action Plan for the period up to 2030, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 13, 2024, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has carried out comprehensive work on the creation of an interactive map of favorable locations for electric vehicle charging stations.
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine analyzed international highways, the list of which was approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1318 of December 15, 2023, in terms of identifying sections where there are no electric charging stations.
Together with distribution system operators, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has identified the most favorable locations for electric vehicle charging stations.
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has created an interactive map of favorable locations for electric vehicle charging stations, which shows the corresponding points for most international, national, regional, and territorial roads.
Work is ongoing with distribution system operators to identify favorable locations for electric vehicle charging stations on roads that are not included in the list approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1318 of December 15, 2023.
