- As a result of hostilities and Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions remain temporarily without electricity.

- The most challenging situation is in the Sumy region. Damage to energy facilities caused by hostilities and enemy attacks has left the largest number of consumers without power. Energy workers are making every effort to restore electricity to households as quickly as possible. Restoration work is continuing around the clock.

- Adverse weather has also left more than 80 settlements without electricity in the Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Chernihiv regions. Repair crews are working to restore power supply.

- Due to the consequences of Russian attacks and the exceptionally hot weather, which has significantly increased electricity consumption, power limitation schedules for industry and businesses, as well as hourly outage schedules for all categories of consumers (up to one outage group), will be in effect across all regions of Ukraine today from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Consumers are encouraged, where possible, to shift the use of high-power electrical appliances to the period between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. During peak demand hours, from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., everyone is urged to use electricity as efficiently as possible. This helps maintain the stable operation of the power system and minimizes the need for additional restrictions.

More information on the operational situation in Ukraine’s power system is available in the briefing by First Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Artem Nekrasov.
