The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal held a meeting with Chief Digital Transformation Officers (CDTOs) to discuss the priorities of digitalisation in the energy sector.

During the meeting, participants reviewed key areas of digital transformation that are of strategic importance for strengthening the resilience of the energy sector and preparing for the upcoming autumn-winter period.

  • Among the main priorities:
  • digital integration into the European energy space;
  • strengthening cybersecurity of energy infrastructure;
  • development of digital tools to enhance transparency and attract investment;
  • introduction of user-friendly digital services for citizens.

“In all these and many other processes, CDTOs must act as strategic leaders of change — making the state innovative and strong, and oriented towards the interests of people,” Denys Shmyhal noted.

The Minister of Energy thanked the participants for the productive dialogue and expressed hope for continued effective cooperation.
