Artem Nekrasov has been appointed First Deputy Minister. Previously, Artem served as Acting Director of the State Enterprise “Guaranteed Buyer.” He has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked at enterprises involved in designing, manufacturing, and implementing high-maneuverability gas-fired electricity generation, as well as at electricity distribution and supply companies. He has held senior positions at JSC “Kharkivoblenergo” and worked at PJSC “Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo,” PJSC “Sumyoblenergo,” SE “Kaluska TETS-Nova,” and SE Scientific and Production Complex “Zorya-Mashproekt.”
Olga Yukhymchuk has been appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine for European Integration. Since October 2024, Ms. Yukhymchuk served as Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine for European Integration. Earlier, she was responsible for coordinating the Green Deal, environmental protection, and climate change issues at the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine within the Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat. Prior to that, Olga Yukhymchuk worked on Ukraine’s climate policy at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources.
