The report summarizes the key decisions and developments of the month, including the EU’s adoption of the 20th sanctions package against Russia, new restrictions on imports of Russian liquefied natural gas, sanctions targeting vessels of the so-called “shadow fleet,” the use of frozen Russian assets for the benefit of Ukraine, as well as an assessment of the impact of sanctions on Russia’s oil and gas budget revenues and the energy sector of the aggressor state.

The report provides a systematic overview of the dynamics of sanctions processes and their impact on the energy security of Ukraine and its international partners. The material was prepared by the Reform Support Team (RST).
