Slovenia Became the 37th Country to Join the Ukraine Energy Support Fund

Slovenia has joined the Ukraine Energy Support Fund with a contribution of EUR 500,000, bringing the total number of donor countries to 37.

“We thank Slovenia for its assistance. This contribution will support our ongoing efforts to restore Ukraine’s energy sector after russian attacks and help us prepare for the coming winter,” said First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.

In total, the Ukraine Energy Support Fund has already received nearly EUR 1.849 billion from international partners.

Since the launch of the Ukraine Energy Support Fund in spring 2022, more than 1,000 contracts have been signed for the supply of equipment worth approximately EUR 850 million. To date, Ukrainian energy companies have received energy equipment, services, and passive protection measures worth over EUR 618 million under these contracts. Since mid-November 2025 alone, contracts worth more than EUR 582 million have been signed to strengthen the resilience of Ukraine’s energy system.
