Through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, the frontline Sumy region has received another shipment of critical energy assistance from the United Kingdom.

The delivery includes construction materials and electrical equipment needed to strengthen protective infrastructure, improve the resilience of critical infrastructure facilities, and ensure a more reliable electricity supply for local communities.

Over the past two months alone, the value of assistance provided by the United Kingdom to the Sumy region has exceeded EUR 300,000. Part of the equipment was delivered ahead of the deadlines specified in the contracts, enabling a faster response to the region's urgent needs.

The United Kingdom remains one of Ukraine's key partners in the energy sector, consistently supporting the restoration and strengthening of the country's energy infrastructure, particularly in frontline regions.

We thank the United Kingdom for its unwavering support of Ukraine and the people of the Sumy region.
